The Organic Teaching Kitchen

I am Susan Chasen, a professionally trained Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, offering classes, gatherings, and parties for age four through adult. My philosophy is simple, there is no one diet right for everyone. In 2012, I opened The Organic Teaching Kitchen, equipped with a “teaching kitchen and organic garden” in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. The kitchen and garden provide sustenance, inspiring the basics of good nutrition. The Teaching Kitchen is a classroom where you learn how and where to shop, how to stock a pantry, how to simplify cooking, how to food prep, and how to cook seasonally using local+organic whole foods.

Brooklyn Robot Foundry

Brooklyn Robot Foundry offers super fun and interactive robot-building classes for kids 2-14 years old! The Foundry’s signature approach allows students to learn engineering through hands-on building and creativity wherever they are. Classes are led by amazing instructors who bring all of the robot awesomeness directly to schools, community centers, or wherever there's room to build! Students have a blast building a different whimsical robot each class and bringing it home afterward for more fun. After-school classes, in-school enrichment, parties, school holidays, and summer programs are available. Don't have a Foundry near you? Camp Invention: National
