Supported by experienced staff and the encouragement of other healthy campers, kidney campers do things they never thought possible. They conquer the giant swing, row boats across Lake Cole, scale the climbing tower, build the very best S’more, make new friends, laugh and be silly, and sleep beneath a canopy of stars.

Ruth Gottscho Dialysis and Children’s Kidney Program
In 1975, Frost Valley was the nation’s first camp to offer children with kidney disease a chance to experience traditional summer camp while receiving their vital dialysis treatments. Thirty five years later, the Ruth Gottscho Dialysis & Children’s Kidney Program continues to provide the medical resources necessary to make camp happen for children with kidney disease.
