The Sam's Point Area of Minnewaska State Park Preserve offers a variety of public programs each month, ranging from guided hikes, to educational programs, to volunteer opportunities. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. All programs require registration in advance. Just call the Sam's Point visitor center at (845) 647-7989.
