Designed for students of all learning and physical abilities, this class teaches the basics of self-defense for ages 12
(7th grade) through college level.

This class is specifically designed for students of all learning and physical abilities. Students learn the basics of self-defense, large and gross motor skills with pad work, as well as crucial techniques for bully prevention. This class is for students ages 12 years (7th grade) through college level. This class runs Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 pm, beginning in January 2022.
