Join the Museum of Anthropology to learn about the western redcedar tree, the tree of life for the Coast Salish peoples.

Join the Museum of Anthropology to explore the Western Redcedar tree and belongings that have been created from it. This program introduces the importance of Indigenous relationships to the land, the community and ancestral connections and introduces the concept of learning about cultures through their objects and their histories. 

 

Suitable for families with kids ages 8 and up.
