Helping Your Child Regulate Emotions

Understanding What’s Developmentally Appropriate

Every child has big feelings — frustration, worry, excitement, anger — but not every child has the skills to manage them yet.
This workshop helps parents understand what emotional regulation should look like at different ages and how to support children through growth, not punishment.

You’ll learn:
✅ What’s developmentally normal (and what’s not)
✅ How the brain and body respond to stress
✅ When to step in — and when to model calm
✅ Simple co-regulation tools you can use anywhere
✅ Language that teaches, not shames

Perfect for: Parents of children ages 5–12 (especially those with ADHD, anxiety, or learning differences)
