MHCM 30th Anniversary & July 4th Fireworks

The Mid-Hudson Children’s Museum is Turning 30!
Enjoy an evening of play and celebration on the Poughkeepsie waterfront with a front row viewing of the July 4th fireworks with convenient on-site parking.

Join us BEFORE the fireworks show for Anniversary festivities and play inside the museum, or bring a picnic to enjoy in our waterfront pavilion. TIME CAPSULE FUN Share your memories by bringing photos of you and your family at the Museum, through the years... all the way back to 1989! We will collect 30 years of photos to seal in a time capsule until the next anniversary celebration! July 4th Hours: MHCM will be open during the day: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm (please note early closing) MHCM will reopen for this special evening event: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm with outdoor fireworks to follow HURRY! Tickets are going fast and spots in our lot WILL sell out! Reserve your spot today by calling 845-471-0589 during normal business hours.
