Virtual Wellness Workshops led by Amie Loga, Life Coach & Personal Trainer 3 modules - Keep Calm & Carry On: Stress Management, Thoughts Are Just Thoughts, and Love Yourself to Happiness

For anyone who is being challenged in these stressful time and want to learn ways to cope and overcome.

3 one hour sessions: 

November 4: Keep Calm & Carry On: Stress

This session will give you a better understanding of the implications or stress on your health and wellbeing. You’ll also learn stress management tips on how to overcome stressful situations.

November 11: Thoughts are just Thoughts

 This session will bring an awareness to the power of your thoughts and how your external world (what is happening in your life and how you feel) reflects your inner world (the thoughts you have daily).  Learn how to tame your mind by living in the present moment with mindfulness.

 November 18: Love yourself to happiness

This session will explain the importance of self love, inner beauty and where true happiness comes from.

The Outcome:

 After completing the modules and practicing the recordings/handouts throughout the course, you will see and feel a difference!

 You will be more confident and have higher self esteem.

You will feel calmer, more at ease and living life more mindfully.

You will be in control of stress and not let stress get the best of you.

You will feel more emotionally balanced and know how to mindfully deal with unpleasant emotions.

You will learn to love yourself and be proud of who you are.

You will be happier and start living life by being authentic.

You will know how to not let your thoughts gets the best of you and create the life you deserve to live.

You will adopt new healthy habits that will change your life for the better!
