Wild Discoveries with the Town of Bedford

Come outside and experience nature with your child. Learn first-hand about all the changes that are taking place as summer turns to autumn. Hike out into the woods to learn about mammals, birds, plants and many other natural wonders. Get your hands dirty exploring a pond, hike in the footsteps of wild animals and build a wilderness fort. Discover something new each week!
Ages: 3 – 5 (with parent or guardian)
Dates: Tuesdays on September 21, 28, and October 5, 12, 19, 26
Time: 1:30 – 2:15pm
Location: Westmoreland Sanctuary’s Nature Center
Bedford Resident Fee: $96.00
Non-Bedford Resident Fee: $120.00
NOTE: Classes are held outdoors, so please be sure to dress for the weather. Rain gear for rainy days please. A bottle of water is also a good idea to bring along. Children must turn 3 prior to the start of class.
