Women’s History Month Collections Tour at 1 pm Eastern

Women have made significant contributions to the history collections in the NYS Museum, documenting and preserving family and community history. Senior Historian and Curator Ashley Hopkins-Benton will present artifacts donated to the Museum by women, including those given by Shakers, as well as by Pam Elam, who preserved women’s rights and LGBTQ+ rights artifacts, and Marian Weeber and Coreen Hallenbeck, who donated family objects from the late-19th and 20th centuries.
