Baby Moves features Parent-Baby dance time, simple baby games, and songs. Each session focuses on different sensory activities using parachutes, balls, scarves, rattles and more. Participants will also learn baby sign language.
September 13 theme: Scarves and Balloons
We’ll sing fun songs with colorful scarves, and we’ll tie helium balloons to the babies so they can explore what it’s like to pull and tug on them.
September 27 theme: Things that Roll
We’ll have some fun tummy time on beach balls and make a fun art project with a rolling ball.
October 11 theme: Parachute Songs & Color Mixing
We’ll pull out the parachute and let babies crawl or lie over it and under it. We'll also have fun with a mess free way to mix colors.
Free with Museum admission.
Yoga mats provided (one per parent-child pair) or you may bring your own.
