Ramapo Camp
Camp Ramapo is a traditional, summer sleepaway camp in Rhinebeck, NY, that serves up 500 youth each year, ages five to 16, with social, emotional or learning challenges, including autism. While activities are what one might expect to find at a summer camp -- swimming, boating, arts and crafts, stories, campfires, theme days and more – what sets Camp Ramapo apart from other camps is its nearly one-to-one, camper-to-counselor ratio, and its deep commitment to providing a skill building, nurturing and inclusive experience for campers with diverse needs and abilities. One- to eight-week sessions are available beginning June 23 and running through Aug. 24.
