This movement workshop is a guided improvisation practice, a nod to nonsensical play. It was created to give your mind, body, and spirit a mega boost through a variety of exercises. It is about release, getting back into our bodies, and simply dancing for the joy of moving through hyper playful warm ups, routines and prompts. Accompanied by projected visuals to inspire pace and shapes, we focus on continuity of motion. The signature component unfolds as a movement meditation, utilizing the body's new vocabulary introduced throughout the workshop to improvise in your own style and groove.
REMINDER: We’re doing this for the simple joy of moving. There is no choreography. There is no right way, just the fun way.

While we practice continuous movement, listening to our bodies is priority. This practice is not about pushing oneself, rather understanding what our own limitations may be and creating a physical language that always feels good for one self.
