Professor Johanna Sophia explains how to create raw chocolate cakes, cheeses, crackers burritos, burgers and even candy! Try zoodles with meatballs and tomato sauce and a delicious fruit chocolate dessert!
This program will be held at the Rushmore branch in Highland Mills. Registration is required.
