Learn about forests from Justin Wexler and Anna Plattner of Wild Hudson Valley, Ryan Trapani of the Catskill Forest Association, and Amy Mackenzie of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Their presentation will highlight traditional indigenous food forests, urban community plantings in Kingston, and ways to support sustainable forestry today.

Event proceeds support The Ashokan Center’s ongoing work to inspire learning and build community through shared experiences in nature, history, music and art.
