Join us at Mid-Hudson Discovery Museum for a hands-on family program where you’ll discover the science behind pickling! Learn how salt, vinegar, and time, work together to preserve food while exploring the chemistry that makes pickled treats so tasty. Afterward, you’ll get to create your own pickled veggies to take home!
For ages 5 and older. Free with museum admission.
