Maple Sugar & Syrup Events for Westchester and the Hudson Valley

Destination Maple: Map your way to Sweetness! Maple Open House Weekends are a chance for the public to come to the farm to learn about New York’s maple sugarmaking processes and traditions and to taste pure maple syrup in its many forms – right from the source. This event is organized by and sponsored the NYS Maple Producers Association. We are proudly funded by both our members and the NYS Department of Agriculture. Come on out on March 16, 17, 23, and 24 when the sap will be running!
