Event begins promptly at 12:00pm and will run about 2-3 hours. Please be on time as Peter Cottontail has many tasks during the spring and we dont want to hold him up for too long.
Estimated Schedule of Events:
12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch Served (Peter Cottontail will arrive and greet children.)
1:00pm Egg hunt begins.
1:30pm Ice Cream Sundae Bar Opens
1:30pm Peter will call each child up to say hello, and have a photo opportunity.
Be sure to bring your cameras to capture the magic moments.

Is Gratuity Included?
No, we do not include a gratuity for our staff in ticket sale prices. We do work very hard to serve you and your family so tips are greatly appreciated.
What can I bring into the event?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we have a list of your reservations at the door. Save ink and paper!
How is Seating Reserved?
Due to the nature of the event attendees are seated together at tables of 8-10. Please be sure to inform us if you have multiple reservations numbers that would like to be seated together. Seating is pre-arranged and can not be changed the date of the event. Call or email us at 845-562-5918 or themeadowbrook@gmail.com with any seating requests.
