The Meadowbrook presents: Lunch with Santa

After lunch we will be enjoying story time with the two legends. Each child will recieve a special gift from Santa's very own workshop.
Event begins promptly at 12:00pm and will run about 2-3 hours. Please be on time as Santa has many tasks during the holiday season and we don't want to hold him up too long.
Estimated Schedule of Events:
12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch Served (Santa and Mrs. Claus will mingle with guests during this time.)
1:00pm Story Time with Santa and Mrs. Claus
1:30pm Ice Cream Sundae Bar Opens
1:30pm Santa will call each child up to recieve letters, say hello, take photos, and give them each a special gift from his magic workshop.
Be sure to bring your letters to Santa and cameras to capture the magic moments.
We will be accepting non-perishable food items for our local food pantry. If you are interested please contact our office manager Nikki (845-562-5918) about adopting a local family for the event!

Is Gratuity Included?
No, we do not include a gratuity for our staff in ticket sale prices. We do work very hard to serve you and your family so tips are greatly appreciated.
What can I bring into the event?
Cameras!
Are donations or adpoting a family mandatory?
No. You are not obligated to donate food items or adpot a family. However if you would like to all items will be sourced to local families in need this holiday season. Your geneorsity is greatly appreciated. If you need more information about a family for adoption please contact our manager Nikki at 845-562-5918 or email themeadowbrook@gmail.com

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we have a list of your reservations at the door. Save ink and paper!
