Come meet Eddie Craven, a facilities engineer at IBM in Poughkeepsie, and learn about engineering while doing fun experiments with water and pressure! Perfect for kids ages 5-10.
NextGen STEAM is our program where kids get the chance to meet diverse professionals from exciting STEAM careers—scientists, engineers, artists, and more! They’ll hear inspiring stories, learn what motivated these experts to pursue their paths, and get a glimpse into their daily work. Each session features a hands-on activity or craft that ties into the profession, offering a fun and interactive way for young minds to explore potential passions. It’s the perfect opportunity to spark curiosity and be inspired by the leaders of tomorrow!
