Rooks to Cooks PA Day Camp: Fall-inspired Macarons

On Friday, Nov. 19th -- Our incredibly popular macaron workshop is back and with a fall twist! Who can resist these beautiful and popular French sandwich cookies? Join us for this fun PA day activity! Time: 9:30am-12:00pm. OR 1:00-3:30pm. Cost: $45.00

Our PA Day camp is ideal for Ages 7+. Under the guidance and direction of our experienced chef instructor, participants will learn how to make these elegant treats like a true pastry chef. The recipes featured in this workshop include both the macaron shells, either with nuts or without, and TWO delicious fall inspired fillings; a decadent salted caramel and a pumpkin spice buttercream. Each student will leave with up to 24 macarons to munch on over thanksgiving and beyond!
DIFFICULTY: Intermediate (Parental support required for beginners)
