Join us for a stellar event and experience one of the universe’s greatest cosmic coincidences at the Mid-Hudson Discovery Museum Pavilion with our TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE viewing party!
Though Poughkeepsie is not in the path of totality for this total eclipse, we will experience just over 90% eclipse coverage.
We promise a celebration to remember with engaging STEAM programs, delicious food, and a galaxy of solar-themed activities including:
Kids activities including eclipse crafts
Eclipse science demonstrations
NEW StarLab Planetarium presentations about our solar system and the universe beyond
Temporary and glitter tattoos
Safe solar glasses (2 per family, free with tickets)
COST: $5.00 MHDM Members, $8.00 Non-Members
