White Plains Puerto Rican Flag Raising/Festival
Celebrate Puerto Rican culture! Join us for a ceremonial flag raising, followed by a celebration of Puerto Rican music, dance, food and art. The day will include live bomba drumming and dance, arts and crafts, food vendors and more.
