My individual drawing classes focus on students' interests and goals, with a solid foundation in art and design principles. I offer a free intro session to get to know each student. On Saturday mornings I offer small group sessions in my backyard.

Grades 2-12 come to Caramoor for educational field trips, and Caramoor goes to middle schools and high schools for hands-on music instruction. These programs, geared toward public schools in the area, are interdisciplinary and interactive.

Our cooking classes are a fun way to bring out the Master Chef in all of us. With a maximum of 16 students, our intimate classes provide a full-participation, hands-on approach to learning. You will work in teams, with each team assigned a portion of the menu. Typically, a class consists of a brief lecture where recipes and instruction are provided, followed by the cooking portion where you will hone your knife and cooking skills based on the curriculum of the day. At the end of the class, all participants sit down to enjoy the food they have prepared. Casual Elegance Cooking Academy is also available to host private hands-on cooking parties for any occasion. Perfect for corporate events, team building, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, bachelorette parties and much more.
