Let’s learn the beginnings of Dungeons and Dragons! Campers will develop real-life skills, problem-solving, self-advocacy, math skills through active play, group games, and D&D. Time will be dedicated to understanding the rules, building meaningful characters that matter to our campers, and helping campers build lasting peer relationships. Campers will leave happy, confident, and truly able to carry these skills into their daily lives.

 Foundations Classical Academy |
In this live online course, we improve our print and cursive handwriting through reading and writing about people and events from American history as well as drawing them. Why drawing? Drawing develops some of the same muscle groups used for handwriting. It's also lots of fun! Recommended for ages 11-18. An ADULT SECTION is also available (meeting time is different. It will start at 9:30 AM PST and end at 10:30 AM PST).

 Foundations Classical Academy |
The purpose of this live ONLINE course is to spark pre-teen/early teenage students' interest in reading classic books and to teach them to engage in Socratic discussion about themes, characters, plot, etc. We will also focus on history related to the stories. Our summer 2025 readings are selections from Homer’s The Iliad and The Odyssey. The cost is $150 for 22.5 hours of instruction June 16-Aug. 13, 2025.

 Arm-of-the-Sea Theater |
The Tidewater Arts & Ecology Camp invites young explorers to dive into the rich stories of local history and uncover the diverse ecosystems of the Esopus Creek at the Tidewater Center in Saugerties, NY. Think puppet theater and music-making alongside fishing and creek excursions! Three different week-long summer sessions are available for ages 8-13 and 16 spaces are available per each session. Sessions are held in mid-June and late August.
