The Wooden Boat School at the Hudson River Maritime Museum will offer four weeks of woodworking programs this summer for ages 12-16. Each session runs Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm and is designed to introduce students to the basics of woodworking and carpentry. Each 4 hour class will employ shop safety, measuring, layout,  joinery, and tool use and care. Each class will introduce additional tools and their applications. Students will take home their completed project on Fridays. Visit https://www.hrmm.org/youth-classes.html to register.
