Located on the historic Rondout waterfront, the Hudson River Maritime Museum was established in 1980 to collect, preserve, research, exhibit, and interpret a collection of historical artifacts related to the maritime heritage of the Hudson River and its tributaries. This is the only museum in New York State exclusively dedicated to this mission.

Adult & Youth Sailing Programs

Our US Sailing-Certified Sailing School offers sailing classes for adults and youth, ages six and older, May through September. We teach introductory classes as well as more advanced classes. We host after-school and week-long summer youth programs.

HRMM's Wooden Boat School offers woodworking and boat building classes for adults and youth all year round.
