Did you know that Red Hook has a chocolate-covered past? As part of Red Hook’s 2019 Chocolate Festival, Historic Red Hook will open the doors of the Elmendorph Inn-- transformed into and 18th-century chocolate house!
Watch historical drinking chocolate being made by County Historian William Tatum. Enjoy a cup of hot chocolate, play tavern games, learn about local chocolate history of the W. H. Baker Factory!
