Join publishing house Bharat Babies for a fun-filled day of programs celebrating Diwali, the festival of lights celebrated by Jain, Sikhs, Buddhists, and Hindus all across the world. Programs will include storytelling, dance, music, and artmaking for the whole family.

Performace and Workshop with Nataraj Dance (Auditorium)
Join Nataraj Dancers Maha Awaisi and Monica Bhowmik for a performance and presentation of Odissi, an ancient classical dance style of India's temple worship tradition.
12:30pm - 1:00pm
Sangeetam: Carnatic Music with Vidya Sitaraman Academy (Auditorium)
Enjoy a multisensory musical experience and learn about Indian Carnatic Music with musicians VIdya Sitaraman, Anupama Sitaraman, and Siddarth Sitaraman, who will sing and play various instruments from India.
1:00 - 1:40pm

Join Bharat Babies CEO Sailaja Joshi for a reading of Let's Celebrate Diwali, and Raakhee Mirchandani, as she reads from her new book Super Satya Saves the Day. This program will also include an interactive drawing activity with illustrator Tim Palin.
