In Lil' Vets University Series: Exploring the World of Veterinary Medicine, children step into the exciting role of veterinarians as they embark on a journey to discover the fascinating field of animal care.
This hands-on, interactive program introduces young learners to the science of veterinary medicine, blending creativity, critical thinking, and compassion focusing on Turtles in an unforgettable educational experience.
Each class focuses on a specific animal, from beloved household pets to exotic wildlife, offering a unique perspective on the diverse world of veterinary practice.
Participants will explore basic anatomy through engaging models and diagrams, learn about common injuries and illnesses, and delve into treatment methods using real-world tools scaled for junior vets. Students will assume their roles as veterinary professionals, complete with lab coats, clipboards, and medical kits, as they engage in diagnostic challenges, practice bandaging techniques, and even learn how to use a stethoscope.
