Looking for a unique adventure that blends fun, learning, and heart? Welcome to PonyUp4Kids Foundation, nestled in the scenic hills of Union Vale, NY. We’re a women-led nonprofit on a mission to rescue horses and transform them into partners in healing — while giving children, teens, adults and families unforgettable equine experiences.

Programs for All Ages and Abilities:
* Toddler Time with Horses: Gentle, age-appropriate introductions where little ones meet our kindest ponies, sparking curiosity and confidence.
* Homeschool Adventures: Turn our farm into your classroom! Kids explore science, nature, hands-on animal care and even horseback riding, making lessons come alive.
* Youth Leadership Programs: Older kids learn responsibility, teamwork, and horsemanship while caring for rescued horses.
* Therapeutic Riding: For children and adults with special needs, our equine-assisted activities build strength, resilience, and joy.
* Adult Classes: From beginner horsemanship to wellness workshops, adults can discover the healing power of horses too. Whether you’re looking to learn riding basics, deepen your equine knowledge, or simply enjoy mindful time with horses, our programs offer growth, relaxation, and connection.
* Horses for Heros: reated to stand beside them, offering a place where healing happens through the powerful connection between horse and rider.  At the heart of our program is the S.A.F.E.R. Horsemanship method—Safe, Achievable, Fun, Effective, Respectful. This approach builds trust, confidence, and resilience while teaching clear communication and calm connection with horses. Every ride, every moment in the arena, is designed to restore balance, foster empowerment, and remind veterans they are never alone.
* Community Events: Seasonal workshops, open barns, and family days connect neighbors through fun and learning.
* Celebrate special occassions like your child's birthday, graduation photos with the horses, ladies only party

At PonyUp4Kids, every visit is more than just playtime — it’s a chance to grow, learn, and connect. Horses teach patience, empathy, and courage in ways that stick with kids and adults long after they leave the barn. Parents love that our programs combine recreation with meaningful education, and families love the magic of making new four-legged friends together.

From toddlers taking their first pony ride to adults rediscovering themselves through horsemanship, PonyUp4Kids offers experiences that enrich lives across the Hudson Valley. And every program supports our mission of giving rescued horses a second chance — so your fun day out also makes a difference.
